Welcome to the forum. A few simple rules to keep this place fun for everyone, from the 18-year-old just discovering ska, psychobilly, or punk to the 60-year-old who saw the bands the first time around.
Don't be a jerk. Disagree about bands, records, and the best era of ska all you want — but no personal attacks, harassment, or bullying. Passion is welcome, cruelty isn't.
No hate. Racism, homophobia, sexism, and any other bigotry get you shown the door. This scene has always been for everyone. Keep it that way.
Keep it legal and clean-ish. No spam, no scams, no dodgy links, and nothing you'd have to explain to the admins. Swearing is fine (this isn't a library), but don't post anything genuinely offensive or explicit.
Stay on topic-ish. Gig tips, band chat, record nerdery, and scene talk are the whole point. Wander a little, sure — just don't turn every thread into chaos.
Respect the mods. They're volunteers keeping the lights on. If a post gets removed or you get a warning, take it on the chin.
Break these and you might get a warning, a suspension, or a permanent boot — depending on how badly you've earned it.
